Responsible Lending And Best Interests
Before providing credit assistance, we must make reasonable enquiries, verify your financial situation and assess whether the credit is suitable.
We are also required to act in your best interests when providing credit assistance. If a conflict of interest arises, your interests must be prioritised.
Fees And Commissions
- Broker ACL Pty Ltd does not usually charge you for its services because it is paid commission by the financier.
- A credit representative may charge a fee, and lender application, valuation or other fees may also apply.
- Any fees or commissions will be disclosed when credit assistance is provided.
- Referral fees may be paid to referral partners. These are business costs and are not payable by you.
